Клей Bailey L-5023 рекомендован для труб из ПВХ диаметром 12” (300 мм) под давлением и 18” (450 мм) с низким или отсутствующим давлением. Также используется для работы с ПВХ-листами среднего размера, согласно стандартам SCH 80, SCH 40, DIN. Эффективен для гибких и жестких систем ПВХ трубопроводов, бытового и промышленного назначения.

Сфера применения: организация технологических трубопроводов, дренажных и вентиляционных систем, а так же систем водоподготовки и водоочистки.

Выполните разметку границы склейки

Нанесите праймер на внутреннюю часть фитинга

Нанесите праймер на поверхность трубы

Нанесите праймер на торцевую часть фитинга

Нанесите ровный слой клея на поверхность трубы

8.
Нанесите тонкий ровный слой клея на внутреннюю часть фитинга

9.
Нанесите контрольный слой клея на поверхность трубы

10.
Соедините фитинг с трубой, нажимая и проворачивая на ¼ оборота

11.
Удерживайте положение в течение 30 секунд

12.
Удалите остатки клея с поверхности трубы и фитинга

Чтобы избежать появления беловатой плёнки на месте склейки, тщательно удаляйте следы конденсации с труб. Проверить наличие скошенной кромки на краю конца трубы или соединения с наружной резьбой. В случае, если трубы режутся на месте строительства, восстановить кромку с помощью напильника или любым другим способом, позволяющим придать ту же форму. Чтобы конец трубы полностью вошёл в раструб, рекомендуется измерить глубину раструба и отметить её мягким карандашом или маркером на части трубы или соединения с внешней резьбой. Чтобы снять верхний гладкий слой поверхности элементов, необходимо матировать части, подлежащие сборке (конец с внешней резьбой и раструб), путём вращения с помощью тонкой наждачной бумаги: использовать для этой операции напильник, рашпиль или пильную ленту строго запрещено. Внимательно прочитайте инструкции и следуйте им:

Тщательно устранить все следы влаги на склеиваемых частях с помощью чистой сухой тряпки.
Обильно нанести и хорошо распределить с помощью кисти однородный слой средства – сначала на вход раструба, потом на всю часть с внешней резьбой, в конце наносить в продольном направлении.
Поскольку средство высыхает относительно быстро, нужно сразу же соединить элементы на полную глубину. При вставке толкать элементы продольно, не вкручивая, до заранее нанесённой отметки.
Немедленно устранить излишек клея с помощью чистой тряпки (после высыхания излишек удалять труднее).
В любом случае необходимо соблюдать минимальное время сушки перед тем, как совершать какие- либо действия со склеиваемыми трубами, чтобы избежать любого движения частей относительно друг друга.
Чтобы избежать излишнего испарения летучих растворителей, при каждом использовании средства для склейки и растворителя следите за тем, чтобы плотно закрывать крышку тары.
Техника безопасности и хранение
Хранить при температуре от -5°C до +35°C. Срок действия на упаковке указан для невскрытого продукта, который хранится при температуре 20°C в нормальных условиях влажности. Работать со средством можно только в месте, защищённом от дождя. Кроме того, нужно следить, чтобы в ёмкость со средством не попадали капли (дождя и т.д.) – это приведёт к порче средства в таре. Также нужно, чтобы элементы, предназначенные для склейки, и кисть не были мокрыми перед нанесением средства. Не используйте растворитель для удаления излишков клея со смонтированной конструкции, используйте чистую тряпку.
